Management Area > Status
The "Status" feature is one of the critical management tools of the LOL Learning Online Platform, providing administrators with comprehensive system monitoring capabilities. Using this feature, administrators can monitor the platform's real-time operations and resource usage, including video storage capacity, video conversion progress, user real-time connections, live class attendance, and real-time UL/FTP file upload records. This functionality not only helps prevent potential issues but also enhances overall system operational efficiency and user experience.
The backend management system's Status page offers a multifunctional monitoring interface, enabling administrators to fully grasp the platform's operational status. It displays detailed video storage capacities and activation status of purchased add-on modules along with expiration dates. Additionally, it provides viewing traffic charts over various time dimensions, displaying real-time, average, minimum, and maximum viewer counts. It also monitors video conversion progress, allows administrators to check real-time user connection statuses, provides detailed information on users viewing live streams, and tracks file upload progress.
During peak usage periods or abnormal usage behaviors, the Status feature assists administrators with monitoring and notifications, enabling immediate responses and resource allocation to ensure uninterrupted teaching and efficient resource utilization. It is particularly suited for high-usage organizations, cloud-based course providers, corporate training platforms, and educational institutions that emphasize data management and information security.
